A New Saga in the Story: Crossing China

A new story is on its way up; one that begins amongst the Kazakh and Kyrgyz herders of the ex-Soviet republics and the Central Asian mountains and steppes. This story crosses a high mountain glacier in June to the silk road Uighur nation in sand dune deserts of Xinjiang, China, the climbs the Himalayan Plateau to the high, vast, and treeless mountain plains of Tibet. This story descends the other side through Sichuan and the towering green mountains that stand like conical teeth point out towards infinity. It crosses the jungle and the Mekong, and meets the water buffalo of the of the far, far East, until the continent's end is befallen at Hong Kong harbor.  There are trains and minivans, super-highways and muddy Himalayan roads, sheep, camels, yaks, and friends, butter tea and innards stir-fry.

   Read about it soon.
